Roman Golod CEO

Roman Golod is considered one of the top DBAs in Israel, as well as being a highly-regarded, well-known instructor and technical guru. Roman has more than 18 years of experience working for various enterprises and technology companies, and as an independent consultant. Before co-founding Accelario, Roman was the CTO and founder of ITFS, a professional services company and owner of Salto, acquired by Ness (Nasdaq: NSTC). Roman holds a BSc in Computer Science and is certified in a large variety of information technologies.

Eyal Arbel CRO

Eyal Arbel is a proven sales expert with years of enterprise experience in sales, marketing and product management. Before co-founding Accelario, Eyal held senior positions at companies like Oracle and Sun Microsystems, closing tens of millions of dollars in sales across hundreds of deals. Eyal’s managerial prowess generated two nominations for “Worldwide Team of Excellence”, and he holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA in Education from Tel Aviv University.

Michael Litner VP R&D and Product

Michael Litner is a brilliant technical professional, hands-on engineer and software architect, with the rare ability to envision both the wider context of a product and carry out its execution. Michael has more than 16 years of experience maintaining large and complex core systems in production from the IDF, Ness Technologies and different financial enterprises. Michael is an expert in performance, security, database migration and software development. He holds a BA in Management and an MBA from the New York Polytechnic.
