Accelario Database Virtualization Updates

We’re thrilled to introduce a newly updated Reports Dashboard with new features, bringing you comprehensive insights at your fingertips. This powerful tool is designed to enhance user experience with immediate access to critical data, helping you make informed decisions.

Reports Dashboard

A new dashboard offers instant insights with lifetime statistics, smart report tables, and visual data.

Key reports include:

• Space Savings: Overview of physical and virtual database sizes.
• Disk Usage: Detailed disk usage stats.
• Environment Sizes: Visualized disk usage by environment.
• Test Data Environment Details: Volume and snapshot details with space-saving ratios.
• Environments and VDBs History: Utilization and efficiency over time.
• VDB Uptime: Uptime statistics for virtual databases.
• Lifetime Impact Costs and Benefits: Historical benefits data.

Management Questionnaire

We’ve also added a Data Virtualization Service Questionnaire tab in the system parameters. This feature enables you to input metrics like database provisioning time, refresh frequency, and associated costs. By completing this questionnaire, you can assess the efficiency gains and cost savings possible with Accelario’s automated Data Virtualization solution compared to traditional methods.

Simplified Agent Installation

The installation process for remote agents is now easier and more reliable. This update simplifies setup and reduces installation and configuration time across multiple hosts.

ZFS Pool Size Update

Managing your storage just got easier. You can now update your ZFS pool size directly through the GUI when the underlying disk is extended. This feature eliminates the need for manual adjustments, streamlining your storage management.

Accelario Data Anonymization Updates

Job History Rework

We’re pleased to introduce a fully reworked Job History feature in the Data Anonymization solution, enhancing your ability to track and manage anonymization jobs.

New Features:

• Job History Tracking: Monitor the status, start/end times, and details of all anonymization jobs.
• Enhanced Status Indicators: View job progress based on actual records processed, with ETAs and warnings for ongoing jobs.
• Improved UI: Easily filter jobs by Data Source, Environment, and Status. Icons clearly indicate job completion, failure, or ongoing status.
• Unlimited Data Retention: Job records are stored indefinitely, with smooth navigation through scrolling or pagination.
• PID (Job/Process ID) Integration: Each job now has a unique PID, making it easy to filter and identify related logs.
• Logs Button: Quickly access logs for specific jobs directly from the Job Monitoring page, simplifying the review process.

Free License

We’re now offering a Free License option for our Data Anonymization solution, providing 10 GB of storage with no expiration date. During the first launch, the application will automatically generate and register your license after entering your name and email. Users can also manually start the registration process from the About screen.

• 10 GB Limit, No Expiry: Enjoy a free license with 10 GB of storage.
• Seamless Registration: The license is automatically generated and registered during initial setup.
• Manual Registration: Users can register for a free license anytime via the “About” screen.
• Clear Indication: The UI clearly marks the application as a “Free Version” with links to upgrade options.

Script Upload Feature

Admin users can now upload Pre/Post scripts directly through the UI, eliminating the need for server access. A new upload button, restricted to admin users, simplifies the process, making script management more convenient.
